The Stanford University Opportunity Job Fair (OJF) is an annual event that brings recruiting corporations, government agencies and other institutions together with job-seeking Stanford students majoring in engineering, science and mathematics.The OJF is sponsored by the School of Engineering. While it is co-organized by the American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES), the Society of Black Scientists and Engineers (SBSE), the Stanford Society of Latino Engineers (SOLE), and the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) on behalf of all Stanford students, OJF encourages greater participation especially from women, international students, first-generation, low income students, LGBT students and other diversity that adds to Stanford’s educational development and promotes diversification of the U.S. economy in industry, government, non profits and education.

The Fair averages over 125 companies and gathers a combined 1500 undergraduate and graduate students.
