Capturing and storing carbon dioxide can significantly help California meet it's aggressive goal to be carbon neutral by 2045. A new study by the Stanford Center for Carbon Storage, Stanford's Precourt Institute for Energy, and the Energy Futures Initiative provides an action plan for policy makers detailing opportunities, challenges and solutions for carbon capture and storage in California.
